Open Tenniel – Alice in Wonderland Open Source Images (Vector & Bitmap)

This graphics library encompasses all ninety four of John Tenniel’s beautiful wood cut illustrations (in glorious black and white) created for beloved classics Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass.

These images have been carefully scanned, converted to Vector (and other image formats) meticulously cleaned up and modified to offer the highest possible quality. The library is offered/dedicated to the public domain.

  • All 94 of Tenniel’s classic images are provided as separate images/files.
  • Optimized for size and compatible with modern web Browsers, word processors and graphics programs.
  • Offered in vector formats ( .SVG & .ESP ) with transparent backgrounds.
  • Offered in Bitmap/Raster formats (.JPG) one with transparency support (.PNG)
  • With many formats available, one should have no problem finding one (or more) that can be used with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, etc.
  • I suggest Inkscape, a free, open source Vector Editor. (These vector conversions were created and exported from Inkscape)
